Microbe resistant suction hoses

Here you will find an overview of our microbe-resistant suction hoses. The following hoses are universally applicable and are very suitable for passing through abrasion-causing solids such as dust, powders, fibers, chipped, granules, coarse particles, liquids, and gaseous media.

Microbe resistance

Suction hoses made of conventional polyurethane (PU for short) can degrade over time when exposed to earthy materials (soil, leaves, grass, etc.) or when used in environments where the growth of microbes is favored. The enzymes produced by the organisms can break the chemical bonds of the hose, thus destroying its walls. Under very unfavorable conditions, the first damage occurs on average within the first six months.

To counteract this, we produce microbe-resistant suction hoses, which are ideal for use on leaf vacuums or sweepers, for example.
